For a classic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geruestbau-mueller.de\/en\/facade-scaffolding\/\">facade scaffolding<\/a> (working and safety scaffold to DIN EN 12811) the guide value for larger areas is <b>&euro;5&ndash;10 per m&sup2; of scaffolding area<\/b> for the works, that is erection, modification and dismantling. The hire period is billed separately from this and from the first week onwards. On small properties the square-metre price does not apply: there a complete team is tied up for a whole day, and this daily input determines the price. Under VOB and ATV DIN 18451:2023, <b>works<\/b> (erection, modification and dismantling) and <b>hire period (weekly use)<\/b> (provision billed weekly from the first week onwards, approx. &euro;0.15&ndash;0.50\/m&sup2; per week) are shown separately &ndash; there is no longer a flat-rate basic hire period. This keeps every quote transparent and comparable.
