Who we are looking for

Scaffolding team leader (m/f/d)

Full-time
The role
Work preparation with detailed knowledge of the assembly plans, organisation of the material list. Technical guidance of scaffolders, workers and labourers for the proper and professional erection of the various scaffolding systems and scaffolding types — in a team of two to three employees you also work as a scaffolder yourself when required and act as a role model.
Requirements
Ideally several years of professional experience in scaffolding, in the best case a certified scaffolding team leader. German language skills, spoken and written.

Scaffolding labourer (m/f/d)

Full-time
The role
Supporting activities during the erection and dismantling of scaffolding. Assisting within the team (3-man team), transporting material to the site, sorting and palletising scaffolding material, loading and unloading vehicles as well as material maintenance and care.
Requirements
Professional experience in scaffolding is an advantage. German language skills, spoken and written.

Site management assistant (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time
The role
Support for the site management in the planning and organisation of scaffolding projects. Involvement in drawing up work and safety plans, carrying out quality checks and monitoring the safety standards on the construction site. Coordination and communication with subcontractors, documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports.
Requirements
Ideally several years of professional experience in scaffolding — or simply an interest in working in construction.
