We plan your scaffolding as a 3D model in SketchUp/Scaffmax and prepare a binding quote under VOB.
Our own experienced crews erect on schedule – with digital loading lists and inspected material.
Released with an inspection record, fair standing times and dismantling on time – invoiced transparently by measured quantity.

Since the revised ATV DIN 18451:2023-09, scaffolding work is split into two items: the erection work (putting up, altering and taking down the scaffold) and the hire period (the time the scaffold stands). Our quotes show both items separately – you can see at a glance what the assembly costs and what the standing time costs. That makes quotes comparable and additional work predictable.
The hire period is invoiced weekly under ATV DIN 18451 – with no flat-rate basic period, you pay for exactly the time your trade needs. Every scaffold is inspected before handover and released with an inspection record, and the tagging is fixed to the scaffold itself. With more than 250,000 m² of our own material in stock, short-notice alterations or extensions are never a bottleneck.
From our yard in Niederkassel we serve Cologne, Bonn and the whole Rhein-Sieg district – short journeys and correspondingly quick appointments. We scaffold everything: single-family houses, listed buildings such as the UNESCO palaces in Brühl, industrial plants and Cologne/Bonn Airport. New build, refurbishment, loft conversion or PV installation – the right scaffolding solution comes from one source: planning, assembly, hire and dismantling.
The cost depends on the area, the type of scaffolding and the standing time. Using the online scaffolding calculator you get a concrete, non-binding guide price for Cologne, Bonn and the surrounding area in about two minutes.
Once the order is confirmed, standard scaffolding in the Cologne/Bonn area is usually erected within a few working days – thanks to 250,000 m² of our own material and our own crews.
Planning, assembly and invoicing follow ATV DIN 18451, DIN EN 12811-1 and TRBS 2121-1. Every scaffold is inspected before release and handed over with an inspection record.
It depends on the building, the trade and the height – roof safety scaffolding for roof work, a working and safety scaffold for facade refurbishment. Our guide Types of scaffolding at a glance explains every system.
