Here are the most important points about the project:

• Construction company and schedule: The project is being carried out by Bauwens Construction GmbH & Co. KG as general contractor. Construction work began in April 2024 and is scheduled for completion by the 2026/2027 school year.
• Groundbreaking and significance: The groundbreaking ceremony took place on January 16, 2025, marking a significant step in the city’s history. The project includes a versatile school center with a five-track school building, a three-part multi-purpose hall and a modern refectory[4].
• Sustainability and learning concepts: The school center will be equipped with photovoltaic systems and heat pump systems and relies on modern learning concepts to promote innovative learning.
• Scaffolding on the facade – A facade scaffolding according to the latest VOB ensures maximum safety and efficiency in construction projects. We have there 8000 m² Wo9  Rux Super Gerüst, assembled with 0.7 consoles. So on the whole scaffolding area in each layer 5 planks. The current VOB guidelines ensure that all scaffolding structures meet the latest technical standards.
